I visited Gia Ristorante Italiano in Uxbridge, Mass. I ordered the Chicken Parm but instead of tomato sauce, I asked for alfredo sauce on everything. The alfredo sauce has an incredible flavor on a large piece of fried chicken. I also received a side salad as well as some pasta to compliment the meal.
