Nothing says eating great food during the summer like eating on a giant boat. Located in Portland, Maine, DiMillo’s On the Water is a great place for both traditional and seafood plates. I got the Chicken Parm with a Sicilian meatball as an appetizer. Great food, atmosphere and service.
